Imagine wearing an etheric crown of lights - two flat rings or discs with the centers removed, positioned horizontally, approximately 12” or 18” apart. Connecting the two rings are vertical rods of light. Each rod represents a virtue of your choice. This crown rests on your shoulders, covering your entire head.

Visualize each rod as growing in intensity and stability as you embody that particular virtue. As you tune to each virtue, as you actively accept that virtue into your mind, the rod of light responds accordingly. Go around the crown, activating each light-virtue in a similar manner, holding the resonance of the previous one. The gateway to samadhi.
